  • Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes to pan, cut side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 8 minutes. Flip potatoes and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until fork tender, about 10-12 minutes. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
