Prepare these gooey caramel rolls before bed and wake up to a no-stress, no-fuss morning. Our Test Kitchens staff could not believe these rolls were light and awarded this recipe the highest possible rating.
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 (25-ounce) package frozen yeast rolls
1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup light butter, melted
How to Make It
Sprinkle pecans evenly in bottom of a 10-inch Bundt pan coated with cooking spray. Place rolls evenly in pan, overlapping when necessary. Sprinkle rolls with pudding mix; sprinkle with brown sugar, and drizzle evenly with butter. Cover pan with a damp towel, and place in a cold oven 8 hours.
Remove pan from oven.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Uncover rolls and bake at 350° for 32 to 35 minutes or until rolls are browned. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Invert rolls onto a serving platter. Serve immediately.

My family is a huge fan of this recipe - but with a few tweaks! I also use Butterscotch pudding instead. And I mix the melted butter, brown sugar and some cinnamon and drizzle over the pudding and rolls. We call them Pull Aparts!
nice and easy to make. i think i will try some of the other suggestions in the other reviews. i was able to make several smaller versions, in disposable paper tube pans, for giving out to the neighbors.
I have made a version of this for aabout 20 years, but my version is not light, I put the rolls in a greased bundt pan, sprinkle with pecans. Then I mix the brown sugar with a package of Butterscotch Pudding (not instant!!). Sprinkle the sugar/pudding mix over the pecans and cut up one stick of butter over the top. The rest is the same. This was always one of my family's favorites for Christmas morning! I imagine this light version is just as tasty as the version I make and a lot healthier.
