This recipe turns everybody's favorite snack into a meal with the addition of bacon and Parmesan cheese.

How to Make It

Step 1

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels. Coarsely chop bacon. Pour popped popcorn into a large bowl. Toss with bacon, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and buttermilk Ranch dressing mix. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, and serve immediately.

You had me at "bacon"! So I tried this recipe, and let me tell you - my family went ape over it. Not too salty, despite having bacon, parmesan cheese, AND buttermilk ranch mix. The black pepper was the perfect touch. I imagine it would also go really well with an ice cold beer.
