Makes 4 servings

Make this delicious, oven-fried chicken recipe using chicken cutlets to get crispy, non-greasy fried chicken.

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.

Step 2

Dip chicken in butter mixture; dredge in cracker crumb mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is brown and done. Garnish, if desired.

This recipe is definitely a keeper! It is delicious. My 18 mo old twin granddaughters ate an entire chicken breast each. They LOVED it!

I made this tonight...used water crackers along with panko crumbs..added loctelli cheese along with the parmesean cheese...1 word..DELICIOUS! It was moist and easy to make...I served it with Goya Basmati rice...it is wonderful and easy enough to serve company...

I made this last night for dinner - just added more garlic and dijon. Husband and 2 picky kids loved it. My husband said its his new favorite chicken dish. Very easy too.

I make this recipe very often and my whole family loves it! Even my picky 4 year old gobbles it up every time! Have made for company and always get rave reviews!

The chicken is crispy and perfect, and the Parmesan sauce really puts this over the top! I would serve this dish to company. The broccoli is also good, but I used about half as much red pepper flakes.

If you're going to use 1/3 cup of butter or margarine (God forbid), you might as well go ahead and fry them in olive oil! They'd have less saturated fat and taste better!
