  • Cut florets from broccoli. Peel stalks, and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces. Toss florets and stalk pieces with oil.

  • Place a 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan in a 500° oven for 5 minutes; add broccoli in a single layer.

  • Bake at 500°, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle with vinegar.
