This was really, really good! I followed the recipe except I used 1 medium size onion, cut in quarters instead of the shallots (didn't have any) and the store I shop at has these teeny tiny brussels sprouts that come in a net bag and they're only about 1/2" diameter, so I threw them in whole, I didn't cut them in half. After I browned the chicken, there were no drippings left in the pan, so to make the sauce, I just added a little bit of oil to the mustard, honey, Worc. sauce and lemon juice to make the sauce. I doubled all the ingredients for the sauce so I had extra to pour over the chicken and veg. That hint of lemon juice in the sauce from the charred lemons really put it over the top. I highly recommend this and I would definitely make it again. My husband thoroughly enjoyed it, too! Thanks My Recipes!
