How to Make It

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add snow peas; sauté 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce and orange rind.

Easy and quick

We also served this as recommended with the Glazed Salmon and Rice Bowl but I would serve this side with many different dishes.  So good and so.......easy.
