  • Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at high 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in honey and the next 5 ingredients (honey through thyme).

  • Place carrots in a 1-quart casserole, and pour honey mixture over carrots. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour or until tender.
