i agree with previous reviewers, this is a winner, super easy and delicious. i used apricot jam instead of marmalade and it was great.
This will definitely be in our regular rotation! So yummy and quick to throw together.

This is a staple in my household. I have been making this for years and the kids even love it. I chop the chicken into smaller pieces (like in the restaurants) and I use bottled minced ginger instead of fresh. I typically serve with rice and roasted broccoli.
I've been making this recipe since it came out, but then I remodeled and forgot about it. Glad I recalled it. This is a recipe that sparks the taste buds and feels like you spent a lot more time on it than you did! Plus, it's fairly healthy. Pair with rice and a simple salad! I make it pretty much as the recipe call; however, I remove the chicken and thicken the sauce. Then I add back in the chicken and spoon sauce over!
