With only a few minutes and a handful of ingredients, you can make these orange-curry carrots that have a ton of flavor and will look beautiful on the table.
1 (1-lb.) package crinkle-cut carrots
3 tablespoons water
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Place carrots and 3 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap; fold back a small edge to allow steam to escape. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir together orange marmalade, curry powder, and salt. Toss gently with hot carrots.
