How to Make It

Peel and section oranges. Combine orange sections, greens, almonds, oil, and vinegar; toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Good, basic recipe for a light, refreshing salad.  I sectioned the orange over a small bowl then used the juices in the dressing.  If you want to add a little zip, some thin sliced red onion would be good or a sprinkling of feta.  Will make again.
