For a quick, healthy treat, bake up these Oatmeal-Raisin Bars.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F; line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk milk, egg, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in oats, sunflower seeds and raisins. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.

Step 3

Bake until golden around edges and set in middle, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

The taste was okay, not great but the texture was just too weird. Like you were eating handfuls of oatmeal held together with a cooked egg. Would not make again.
