Two ingredients plus craft sticks are all you need to make these pie-on-the-go treats. The Nutella melts as the mini pies cook, so let them cool before tasting.

How to Make It

Step 1

Roll out pie dough. Using a 2-3” glass bowl or cookie cutter, cut out circles. Place circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Step 2

Place a lollipop stick about halfway into the circle, then top with a heaping tablespoon of Nutella.

Step 3

Top with dough circle. Use a fork or pastry wheel to crimp the edges together. Pierce with a fork to allow steam to escape.

Step 4

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, or until browned. Allow to cool ten minutes before serving.
