How to Make It

Place first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, add oils in a slow, steady stream until blended. Add seasoned salt and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator.

This maranade is outstanding on seafood. Both scallops and shrimp benefit from a little soak in this - it brings out the sweetness. I use a stone ground mustard rather than dijon. I will make over and over again

This marinade is a keeper! Will definitely be using again and trying with other thinks like grilled tilapia and scallops.
