How to Make It

Step 1

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Add pepper and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add shrimp, and cook 4 minutes. Add beer; cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done.

Step 3

Divide shrimp and sauce evenly among 4 shallow bowls. Serve with French bread and lemon wedges.
