  • Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes or until soft. Stir in ketchup and next 7 ingredients (ketchup through cider). Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Serve beans with brown bread.
