Serve this no-cook condiment with grilled chicken, pork, or fish. Or use as a topping for grilled bread or a dip for toasted tortilla wedges.

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Let the salsa mixture stand 30 minutes.

This was an easy and delicious salsa to make. I added a little extra sugar and served it with tortilla chips, everyone loved it. It was light and fresh.

I made this recipe for a food day at work. All those who tried it, loved it. My co-worker loved it so much she made it last night for a group of friends; it was a big success. Eat with some baked corn chips and it's a very healthy snack.
