Everyone really liked this dish. I used a little more meat than the recipe called for and also added some taco seasoning to the meat, which I think added quite a lot to the flavor. I used fresh salsa, Mexican blend cheese, and more green chiles (as we like lots of them). As this was for a large group, I served the guacamole, sour cream, and onions and olives on the side, so everyone could take what they liked. Think it would have been more fun with everything all piled on top of each other, but thought all in the group and kids might not like all the toppings. Will probably make again. Had all the essential good ingredients of a truly magnifico nacho dish.

Read MoreI knew by looking at the ground meat (used ground turkey) ingredients that I would need to add some extra seasoning; all I added was chipotle chile powder and garlic powder. I used light cheeses and a little less than called for in the recipe and only 1 can of (nonfat) refried beans....it was soooo good, the family loved it.
Read MoreIt was definitely easy...but not flavor, especially for nachos. The beef needed some sort of seasoning, like cumin or taco seasoning. Covering the dish while cooking made everything soggy. I used the leftovers for a dip after reheating with crunchy chips and a lot of salsa and guacamole.
Read MoreAs the name says, these were "magnifico!" Not only was everyone completely full when they got up from the table (this was the only dish served), the next day I came home from work expecting to find some left over to munch on, and instead I found the dish in the sink. They were GONE! I will make it again, and I will deffinately make for company or even a party!
