How to Make It

Heat oven to 400° F.

In a large bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the garlic, tarragon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast until cooked through, about 45 minutes.

During the last 15 minutes of roasting, cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain and return to the pot. Add the parsley and the remaining oil and toss to coat.

Transfer the chicken to individual plates. Place the pan containing the drippings over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook, stirring and scraping the bits from the bottom of the pan, until the wine reduces slightly, about 5 minutes.

Divide the noodles among the plates and spoon the sauce over the top.

I thought this was a good, tasty dish, so I would have rated this a 4. Unfortunately the rest of my family did not enjoy it. They didn't like the taste of the sauce.

YUMS! Easy, delicious and requires few ingredients. Husband raved and now wants this often. I just used chicken thighs and breasts, mixed it all up and dumped it into a roasting pan. Making the sauce was easy. Delicious, tender, juicy and uncomplicated. Served with a spinach and apple salad. Definitely one to make again.

Very tasty. I added some peas to the noodle mixture. This wasn't difficult to make at all and I am sure I will enjoy the left overs!

My husband thought this was delicious. He said it was so flavorful it must be loaded with fat and butter. When I told him it was a low fat recipe he said I could feel free to make it again anytime. Thats high praise from him and good news for me as it's fast and easy.

This was very simple and my husband loved it. I used boneless thighs and grilled them in my grill pan. Very easy. Husband said it's worthy of company.
