The rich, deep flavor of country-style mustard comes through in these Mustard Mashed Potatoes.

How to Make It

Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Drain. Return potatoes to pan; mash with a potato masher. Stir in milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt.

Great recipe and just enough mustard. I mashed the potatoes with the sour cream and mustard then added just enough milk to thin a little. A nice twist to plain old mashed.
