  • Cook 6 small, sliced red onions until soft. Add 1 pound sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup water, 2 Tbsp. vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp. thyme, salt and pepper; cook for 10 minutes. Stir in 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Serves
