They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not go big with an extra-hearty pancake? A fluffy, banana Muscle Milk-spiked Dutch baby is just the carb-loading fuel you need to kick off the morning.
6 tablespoons (3 oz.) unsalted butter
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups Banana Creme Muscle Milk
1 1/2 cups (about 6 3/8 oz.) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped roasted and salted peanuts
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in large cast-iron skillet over medium, tilting skillet to ensure bottom of skillet is coated with melted butter.
Process eggs in a blender 45 seconds. With blender running, gradually add Muscle Milk through food chute. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, processing until fully incorporated after each addition. Add cinnamon, and process 30 seconds.
Pour batter into hot melted butter. Bake in preheated oven until browned and puffed, 20 to 23 minutes. Top evenly with bananas. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with peanuts.
