  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in large cast-iron skillet over medium, tilting skillet to ensure bottom of skillet is coated with melted butter.

  • Process eggs in a blender 45 seconds. With blender running, gradually add Muscle Milk through food chute. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, processing until fully incorporated after each addition. Add cinnamon, and process 30 seconds.

  • Pour batter into hot melted butter. Bake in preheated oven until browned and puffed, 20 to 23 minutes. Top evenly with bananas. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with peanuts.
