How to Make It

Put all ingredients in a medium-size heavy saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until cranberries soften and pop and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally (sauce will thicken more as it chills). Let cool, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Love this cranberry sauce! Made it once for Thanksgiving, some said it was too sour, but I love the taste. I'm making a quadrupled batch right now to can for the winter.

Very similiar to one I already make, my additions are 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and a small can of drained crushed pineapple added while cooling. I also only cook it for about 10 minutes or so.
