Place all ingredients, in order listed, in a 4- or 5-quart electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting 5 hours. Or, cover and cook on high setting 1 hour; reduce to low setting, and cook 7 hours.
This was fantastic, much better than I expected it to be given the limited ingredients list. I used split chicken breasts instead of chicken tenders, because that's what I had on hand, but otherwise followed the recipe and it turned out great. Served it on Near East's wild mushroom and herb couscous. This is a keeper!
