Fill your kitchen with the delectable aroma of apples and cinnamon.

How to Make It

Step 1

Batter: Combine butter, sugar, applesauce and egg. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt; stir into butter mixture just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full; sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 2

Crumb Topping: Blend all ingredients until crumbly.

Very tasty. They should mention to use the topping liberally because i had quite a bit left over.

Turned out really great! A bit too sweet for us, so next time, I will cut back on the sugar a little bit. No need for a topping although I am sure that would be good.

Not bad, they were a little bland. I made as directed, but next time will add some extra salt and maybe some vanilla to the muffins, or use brown sugar. The topping was quite good
