This was great with an orange salmon. We omitted the cheese and the dressing could definitely be better. Our full review is here: http://www.nickandalonakitchen.com/2017/04/orange-salmon-green-onions-with-mixed.html
I'm a firm believer that lettuce is lettuce and a salad is made or broken by its dressing. The dressing in this simple salad (3 lettuces, orange and goat cheese...simple) is excellent. There's a good match between mustard and orange juice (maybe just a little too much shallot). Definitely a beautiful presentation and tasty salad.
