Before wrapping the corn in Saran Wrap, slather it in olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
I agree with previous review. I wouldn't use plastic to wrap corn. I always use wax paper wrapped around the corn and twisted on the ends. I also like the first reviewer's idea of leaving inside husk on and wrapping in paper towels. I will try that next time.
i cooked corn in the microwave as follow. leave the inside husk on 1 ear of corn, roll in paper towel. cook on high for 2 minutes, turn over cook on high 1 minute. let rest for 2 minutes in microwave -i used this method to cook 2 ear of corn for a recipe
