I have made this several times when I make tacos or enchiladas. A wonderful medley of flavors.
I was hesitant at first because it looked like no one had tried it or rated it (and the idea of radishes did sound odd), but I cannot tell you enough how much we all loved this!! It takes a little bit of effort but not much. Served with Chicken with Chorizo and Tomato Salsa (CL Jan 2015). Would make again as a side item to Mexican inspired dishes.
