Pizza night meets meatloaf in this hearty pepperoni and cheese studded main dish the whole family is sure to love. 

How to Make It

Step 1

 Combine sirloin, mushrooms, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, pepperoni, oregano, garlic, salt and eggs in a large bowl and mix gently with your hands to combine. Form mixture into a 9-inch-by-6-inch loaf. Lightly coat slow cooker with cooking spray; place loaf into the slow cooker.

Step 2

Brush meatloaf with ketchup, cover, and cook on low until meat is cooked through, about 5 hours.

This recipe was awesome! I substituted turkey peperoni, Italian breadcrumbs (for the white bread) and baked it in the oven (instead of slow cooker). This tasted wonderful and everyone in our family enjoyed it.

This is not your momma's meatloaf. Even though this recipe produces an eatable meatloaf, the meatloaf has no flavor or style. I would categorize the flavor of this meatloaf as strange at best. I will not be using this recipe again.
