How to Make It

Place potato and garlic in a medium saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return potato to pan. Add milk and remaining ingredients; mash with a potato masher.

Delicious! Used regular russets and followed recipe as written, though added extra fresh garlic. A lot of flavor without being overpowering.

Delicious basic mashed potato recipe! Made exactly as directed using yukon gold potatoes, served as a side to CL Italian Meat Loaf with Fresh Basil and Provolone. Would serve this to company, and will make it again.
