Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour into a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add steak. Seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Prepare grill.
Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Pour marinade into a 2-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until marinade boils, stirring every 30 seconds.
Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
