I should have read the reviews before making this.  One hour is definitly too long for this granola.  I would probably take it out after 35 minutes.

Very tasty and simple; added a touch of ground cinnamon and baked for about 40 min. Will definitely make again.

Great basic granola recipe! I baked for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, and it turned out great.

This granola is excellent and so easy to make. Definitely cut down on the baking time. I took it out after about 40 minutes and it was perfect.

This recipe is a keeper!! I wish I had read the reviews so I would have cooked for less time, but it was still WONDERFUL even when it was a little burned (1 hr cook time is too long). Makes a great ice cream topper or with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. This will be a regular in our house.
