I made this to drizzle over some mini pumpkin cakes and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It came together really quickly, from gathering my ingredients to drizzzling over the cakes it was only 20mins. I will say it is very very sweet, if I make it again I may use 2/3 cup powdered sugar instead of a full cup.
Somehow, the app is not letting me give zero stars – so I am giving it two. We followed the recipe exactly, and it came out super thick and growth – pretty much ruined the cake – we are removing it by hand and putting on some other more normal glaze – this is like what you would do a cheap donut store. Nasty nasty nasty! I have made the Bundt cake it's self several times, and it is delicious – but it does not deserve this horrible glaze.
