Makes about 1 cup

How to Make It

Bring maple syrup, butter, and milk to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; boil, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Remove from heat; whisk in vanilla. Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until smooth; stir gently 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken and cool slightly. Use immediately.

Somehow, the app is not letting me give zero stars – so I am giving it two. We followed the recipe exactly, and it came out super thick and growth – pretty much ruined the cake – we are removing it by hand and putting on some other more normal glaze – this is like what you would do a cheap donut store. Nasty nasty nasty! I have made the Bundt cake it's self several times, and it is delicious – but it does not deserve this horrible glaze.
