Don't judge a mango by its color--it isn't a good sign of ripeness. Instead, choose a mango that gives slightly when you gently squeeze it.

How to Make It

Step 1

Place half of first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Gently stir in soda. Serve over ice.

Step 2

Made it into a smoothy

We made it into a smoothy by leaving out the last ingredient. We used frozen mango chunks and added a little water to thin it out a bit. Loved it!

Very quick and easy punch, I also made an adult version with sparking wine instead of giner ale.
