This is far by the worst recipe I've ever worked with. It was ENTIRELY TOO THICK. I ended up having to add even more liquid about a half a cup more just to get it to blend. My wife said it wasn't bad, but she crumpled the recipe and threw it in the trash. Enough said.
How to Make It
Place ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
