1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
4 teaspoons sugar
1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (orange-flavored liqueur)

How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
