Magic Whipped Coffee Cream

I have been making this Italian cream for a couple months now. I use monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar comes out exactly the same totally worth it I hope this helps everyone out there who is on a special diet or diabetic. I also add heavy whipping cream if I want to take it to the next level. This is delicious frozen or as a coffee topper.

900 calories in 1 cup of sugar... wonder if you could mix half sugar and half sugar substitute and get the same result.
