How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 1 hour, turning once.

Step 2

Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Step 3

Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 6 minutes on each side or until done. Drizzle with Mustard Sauce; sprinkle evenly with nuts. Serve with Mango Salsa.

I made this when we were having company over, and it was a huge hit! I got so many compliments on it. I marinated the chicken breasts for about 2 hours. That amount of time was fine, but I'll try and marinate them longer next time. The salsa took a while to make, but the flavor was incredible. Definitely a keeper!
