How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 1 hour, turning once.

Step 2

Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Step 3

Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 6 minutes on each side or until done. Drizzle with Mustard Sauce; sprinkle evenly with nuts. Serve with Mango Salsa.

This is a great recipe - serve with the mango salsa, mustard sauce and peanut noodle salad. The macadamia nuts don't do a lot - I don't add them unless I have them on hand.

I was very skeptical about the dijon-mango combination, but it was wonderful! The taste is so different and exciting. I used tilapia for myself and chicken for my husband. I'll use tilapia for everyone next time. This is good served on a bed of rice.

This is a very good recipe - takes some prep with the mango salsa - but the flavor combination is wonderful. It is also a very colorful presentation and looks like a dish you would find in a nice restaurant. We served with a island fruit salad for a mid-summer, outdoor dinner.
