  • MELT margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar blend, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.ADD lite syrup when mixture begins to bubble; gently stir in bananas. Cook bananas for about 1 minute per side until hot. Remove from heat and add rum, if desired. Serve immediately over ice cream. Nutrition tip: Look for a sugar-free or reduced-fat ice cream.
