6 cups hot cooked linguine (about 1 pound uncooked pasta)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper, and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients.
Consider only if you like red pepper, which we do. Did not brown garlic, just added it to the warm oil, removed from heat, let sit. Served as side to CL's Sicilian cod. Very good.

Great recipe! I used minced garlic from a jar - was wonderful! Such a quick meal - great for a week night! I served with sourdough bread. Plan to cook again and top with grilled shrimp. Would also make a great side!
