  • Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine. Add steak to bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

  • Prepare grill.

  • Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
