How to Make It

Boil green beans until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Reserve 1/4 of the beans for another use. Toss the rest of the beans with fresh lime juice, olive oil, and freshly grated ginger. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
