How to Make It

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans; cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Toss beans with butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Simple and Good

I agree with the previous reviewer.  Why didn't I think of adding lemon juice to my green beans before?  These were easy to make and made a bright side dish to tortellini with arrabiata sauce.  I expect that this recipe will become regular, especially since I have a prolific lemon tree in my backyard.

I made these twice in one week! So good and so easy it makes me wonder why I didn't think to put lemon on my green beans years ago.
