Used broccoli crowns because they were on sale so no trimming of stalk was needed. Steamed broccoli til al dente, melted butter, added salt, pepper and lemon zest and drizzled it over the cooked broccoli. Served this with grilled swordfish with pesto and orzo with prosciutto. Bright flavor from the broccoli and zing from the lemon made this a lively dish.
