Lacked depth of flavor. I only tasted lemon. I understand it's "Lemony Arugula Salad", but it seemed to be missing something. Maybe I'll try again with just a dash of dijon.

I really liked this simple salad. The dressing was quick and easy to make and it worked well with the tanginess of the arugula. This will become one of my go to sides.
