Not sure what the previous reviewer did, but I got raves for these cookies. Looked just like the picture. I pulsed the lavender with the 1/4 cup of sugar first before adding to batter, and I 1.25 (ice cream) scoop for batter on parchment. They came out great!
Read MoreThese are ok flavor-wise but the texture is off. Thin and sticky and chewy. Looks nothing like the photo. Almost like it is missing an essential ingredient. Baking powder? Anyway, a waste of time and money. I threw out the rest of the batter after 2 attempts (one with parchment, one with silpat) Won't make again.
