How to Make It

Step 1

Wash beans; remove ends. Cook in boiling water to cover 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.

Step 2

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic and oregano; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add green beans and 3 tablespoons water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss well. Transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
