Wonderful blend of flavors! The flavor of the pork was not overpowered by the seasoning but complimented by the herbs & lemon - very much comfort food. I did cover for the entire cooking process as suggested by another reviewer, then added some water to the skillet with a splash of lemon juice over the pork chops. Simmered until the pork was thoroughly cooked yet moist and somewhat glazed. This is a do again for sure.
