Lemon-Garlic Mayonnaise
For a variation, try Creamy Lemon-Garlic Dressing. Stir together 1/3 cup Lemon-Garlic Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup buttermilk, and a pinch of salt. Makes about 1/2 cup.

This is a easy recipe and is good, however I recommend halving the amount of lemon juice and zest because it overpowered the garlic and mayo. Then you can add more garlic/mayo/lemon to taste.
